文章主要探讨了多功能城市综合体建筑设计的特点,并以莆田文化创意产业园为例,分析了其整体空间格局和地域文化的表达,以及多功能复合空间组合、立体绿化生态空间在建筑中的设计实践.是一次现代多功能城市综合体建筑对土地资源集约高效利用、文化价值及城市空间可持续发展的积极探索.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the characteris-tics of multifunctional urban complex building design,and takes Putian Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as an example to analyze its overall spatial pattern and the expression of regional culture,as well as the design prac-tice of multifunctional composite space combination and three-dimensional green ecological space in buildings.It is an active exploration on the intensive and efficient uti-lization of land resources,cultural value and sustainable development of urban space by modern multifunctional urban complex buildings.
