钢铁企业中压供配电系统改低电阻接地方式研讨

针对某大型钢铁企业6~35 kV供配电系统中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地方式带来的问题,结合发生的接地故障案例及现场实测供配电系统的电容电流,提出对现有6~35 kV供配电系统实施中性点低电阻接地方式改造.对改造所涉及的相关重点问题进行分析,并提出解决措施,为实施供配电系统中性点低电阻接地方式改造提供借鉴.
Discussion on the Medium-Voltage Power Supply and Distribution System of Iron and Steel Enterprises Changed with Low-Resistance Grounding Method
Aiming at the problems brought by the neutral point of the 6~35 kV power supply system and distribution system of a large iron and steel enterprise not being grounded or grounded by the arc-canceling coil,combined with the cases of grounding faults and the capacitance currents of the power supply and distribution system measured at the site,it is proposed to carry out the modification of the neutral point of the existing 6~35 kV power supply and distribution system in the form of low-resistance grounding.The key issues involved in the transformation are analyzed and solution measures are proposed to provide reference for the implementation of the transformation of the neutral low-resistance grounding method of the power supply and distribution system.
