In the power distribution system,the role of the protective device is to be able to quickly and reliably remove the fault in accordance with the protection setting value when a fault occurs in the equipment within the protection area,so as to narrow the black-out area and reduce losses.If the daily management of the protection device is poor or the calculation and setting of the protection value is not reasonable,it will lead to the switch misoperation,refusal operation or overstep tripping.Therefore,the electrical management per-sonnel should attach great importance to the daily management of all levels of protection de-vices.
