由于日间和夜间对电网供电的需求不平衡,国家对工业用电采取峰谷电差额电价供给的方式进行调节,然而随着太阳能、风能等非连续性新能源发电比例的不断提升,电网负荷的增加也将不断倒逼分时电价进一步完善.基于峰谷电差额电价供给方式以及钢铁企业独有的煤气资源,提出一种煤气全流程错峰发电及错峰生产的用电模式,引入煤气峰平谷管理理念,开展煤气柜储气错峰、热风炉错峰烧炉、热风炉中修错峰保温、铁水包错峰烘烤等错峰用能实践,并取得了良好的经济效益.
Practice of Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement of Staggered Peak Production in Iron and Steel Industry
Due to the imbalance between the daytime and nighttime demand for grid power supply,the state regulates industrial electricity consumption by means of peak-valley differential electricity price.However,with the increasing proportion of solar,wind and other non-continuous renewable energy power generation,the increase in grid load will continue to force the time-of-use electricity price to be further improved.Based on the supply mode of peak-valley price differentials and the gas resources of iron and steel enterprises,this pa-per proposes an electricity consumption mode of staggered power generation and staggered power consumption that gas is involved all the time.The concept of gas peak-valley man-agement was introduced,staggered gas storage by gas holder,staggered furnace burning,stag-gered furnace heat preservation,staggered iron ladle baking and other staggered energy use practices were carried out,which achieve good economic benefits.
