Analysis and Treatment of Air Compressor Shaft Vibration Failure of Air Separation Equipment
The air compressor of an oxygen production and air separation unit of Xingcheng Special Steel frequently suffered from high shaft vibration during operation,which led to the reduction of production and shutdown of the equipment.Through the data analy-sis of lubricant oil quality and equipment disassembly and inspection,it was found that the existence of a large number of varnish film on the bearing shaft tile was the main reason for the high shaft vibration of the equipment.In order to solve the problem,the bearing shaft tile was replaced,and the oil online monitoring and online filtration facilities were in-stalled,which improved the cleanliness of the oil while solving the problem of long-term high axial vibration of the equipment,so as to ensure the long-term smooth operation of the equipment.
