Technical Points of Rotor Dynamic Balancing Repair for Converter Gas Centrifugal Fan
Centrifugal fan is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving gas conveying equipment,which is widely used in iron and steel enterprises for pressurizing and conveying all kinds of gases.Because the converter gas medium contains dust and water,the rotor dy-namic balance is easy to be damaged,resulting in converter gas centrifugal fan working con-ditions deterioration,therefore,the mastery of centrifugal fan rotor dynamic balance repair technology is of great use to achieve the permissible level of balance accuracy,and the fan mechanical vibration will be reduced to the permissible range as well.This article intro-duces the precautions and technical points before repairing the dynamic balance of the canti-lever rotor of the converter gas centrifugal fan,the process of repairing and calibrating,as well as the precautions and technical points after passing the dynamic balance calibration,which provides reference experience for the improvement of dynamic balance repair effect and the dynamic balance repair of similar rotors.
