摘要

本钢集团投资建设CCPP燃气轮机联合循环发电项目,主机引进上海电气安萨尔多AE94.2KS燃气轮机,这是该机型首次应用在钢铁企业低热值联合循环发电项目,安萨尔多设计理念与国内用户需求存在很大差异,在项目实施过程中对系统设计进行了优化,提升功能的完整性、运行维护的可行性,同时对热力系统进行了优化,采用燃气轮机复杂循环,提高联合循环效率.

Abstract

Bensteel Group invested in the construction of CCPP gas turbine combined cycle power generation project,and the main engine was introduced into Shanghai Electric Ansaldo AE94.2KS gas turbine,which is the first time that this model is applied in low calorific value combined cycle power generation project of iron and steel enterprises.The Ansaldo design concept is very different from the domestic users'needs.During the project implementation,the system design was optimized to improve the functional integrity,opera-tion and maintenance feasibility.At the same time,the thermal system was optimized with a gas turbine complex cycle to improve the efficiency of the combined cycle.
