摘要

干熄焦锅炉在运行过程中,锅炉的安全、连续、稳定运行,直接影响到干熄焦炉、干熄焦发电机组效率.锅炉在运行过程中,由于高温烟气硫腐蚀、高温大颗粒焦粉的冲刷磨损,导致锅炉一、二级过热器、吊挂管、鳍片蒸发器等换热设备不同程度受到损伤,影响锅炉运行效率,甚至发生爆管事故,影响锅炉及干熄焦炉安全运行.根据锅炉发生爆管事故的原因,对症制定防控措施,解决了可能引起锅炉爆管的一系列问题,为锅炉的安全、连续、稳定运行提供保障.

Abstract

The safe,continuous and stable operation of the boiler directly affect the ef-ficiency of dry quenching furnace and dry quenching coke generator set during operation.In the process of boiler operation,due to high-temperature flue gas sulfur corrosion,and high-temperature large particles of coke powder scouring abrasion,the first and second stage su-perheaters,hanging tubes,fins evaporator and other heat exchanging equipment are damaged to varying degrees,affecting the boiler operating efficiency,and even causing pipe burst ac-cidents,which affects the safe operation of boiler and dry quenching coke ovens.The pre-vention and control measures are formulated to solve a series of problems that may cause boiler pipe burst based on the causes,which could provide guarantee for the safe,continu-ous and stable operation of the boiler.
