高浓缩倍数条件下的循环冷却水处理分析与对策

提高循环水浓缩倍数是工业循环冷却水系统实现节水减排的有效措施.在高浓缩倍数条件下,循环冷却水系统面临结垢沉积、黏泥附着、垢下腐蚀等水质危害性问题.以某厂亚临界热电站循环冷却水系统为研究对象,进行了高浓缩倍数条件下的水质稳定性分析,提出了包括优化药剂配方、调整加药方案、加强旁滤处理能力、控制合理浓缩倍数等解决措施.通过这些解决措施的实施,该亚临界热电站循环水系统在高浓缩倍数条件下稳定运行,水质控制指标符合要求,水处理效果达到预期目标值.
Analysis and Countermeasures of Circulating Cooling Water Treatment under High Concentration Multiplier Conditions
Improving the concentration factor of circulating water is an effective measure for in-dustrial circulating cooling water system to realize water saving and emission reduction.At high con-centration multiples,circulating cooling water system has hazardous water quality problems such as scale deposition,slime adhesion,and subscale corrosion.Taking the circulating cooling water system of a plant's subcritical thermal power station as the research object,the water quality stability analy-sis under the condition of high concentration multiples was carried out,and solution measures includ-ing optimizing the formulation of chemicals,adjusting the dosing scheme,strengthening the capacity of bypass filtration treatment,and controlling the reasonable concentration multiples,etc.,were put forward.Through the implementation of these solution measures,the circulating water system of this subcritical thermal power plant operates stably under the condition of high concentration multiplier,the water quality control indexes meet the requirements,and the water treatment effect reaches the expected target value.
