对目前广泛应用的阀门调节、变频调节、叶轮切割和三元流动等水泵节能技术的原理及其应用条件和优缺点进行了综述.结合首钢股份公司2#高炉2#联合泵站高压冷却水系统实际运行情况,提出了水泵节能改造方案,确定了高压水泵采用三元流动技术的设计条件,并据此进行了水泵选型、扬程和流量的核算.结果表明,改造后2 台水泵运行的总功率比改造前3 台水泵运行的总功率降低了189 kW,每年可节约电费86万元,经济效益显著.
Analysis of Energy-Saving Transformation of Water Pumps
This article provides an overview of the principles of pump energy saving technologies such as valve regulation,frequency conversion,impeller cutting and ternary flow,which are widely used today,as well as their application conditions and advantages and disadvantages.Combined with the actual operation of the high-pressure cooling water system of No.2 combined pumping station of No.2 blast furnace of Shougang,an energy-saving transformation program for the pumps was proposed,the design of ternary flow tech-nology for high-pressure pumps were determined,meanwhile,pump selection,head and flow rate accounting were carried out accordingly.The results show that the total power of the two pumps after the retrofit is 189 kW lower than the total power of the three pumps be-fore the retrofit,which saves 860,000 yuan in electricity costs per year with significant eco-nomic benefits.
