摘要

介绍了首钢股份4 000 m3高炉的软水密闭循环冷却系统的工艺流程、系统特点与运行效果.高炉软水密闭循环系统采用闭式冷却塔冷却降温,冷却水采用循环供水方式,通过冷却水量的合理分配,实现对软水的可靠降温.根据十年来的实际运行情况,对软水密闭循环冷却系统水温调控存在的问题进行了整改,有效提升了降温能力,提高了系统的供水安全性.

Abstract

The process flow,system characteristics and operation effect of the soft wa-ter closed circulating cooling system of Shougang's 4 000 m3 blast furnace are introduced.Blast furnace soft water closed circulating system adopts closed cooling tower to cool down the temperature,and the cooling water adopts circulating water supply mode to realize the reliable cooling of soft water through the reasonable distribution of cooling water quantity.According to the actual operation conditions in the past ten years,the problems of water temperature regulation of soft water closed circulating cooling system have been rectified,which has effectively improved the cooling capacity and water supply security of the system.
