Design of Intelligent Adjustment System for Clamping Force of Seal Valve on Furnace Roof
An intelligent control system for the clamping force of a sealing valve on the top of a bell-less furnace is presented.By installing a pressure transmitter on the weigh-ing tank of the furnace top,detecting the pressure of the equalizing gas in real time during the equalizing process,calculating the blank cup pressure of the equalizing gas on the up-per sealing valve plate,and setting up a proportional pressure-reducing valve in the hydrau-lic system to establish the proportional balance relationship between the equalizing gas pres-sure and the hydraulic system pressure.Through intelligently and dynamically adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system of the upper sealing valve by means of a computer system,reducing and equalizing the clamping force between the upper sealing valve plate and the valve seat to prolong the service life of the upper sealing valve plate,the valve seat and the upper sealing valve clamping mechanism,reducing the failure rate of the sealing valve of the bell-less top,so as to guarantee the high efficiency of the operation of the equip-ment at the top of the blast furnace.
