摘要

电机在冶金企业中扮演着关键的角色,对于保障生产过程的顺利进行起着至关重要的作用.随着冶金企业的不断壮大和发展,生产所需的电机数量也逐年增加.为确保众多电机的正常运行,电机运行状况的监测工作也面临着更高的挑战.随着科技的进步,电机智能传感器技术开始在电机监测中得到广泛应用,不仅提高了电机运行的稳定性和可靠性,降低了企业的维护成本和风险,还有利于建立数字化监测手段,进一步优化了电机维护管理的流程和方法.

Abstract

Electric motors play a key role in metallurgical enterprises and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the production process.With the continuous growth and development of metallurgical enterprises,the number of motors required for production has increased year by year.In order to ensure the normal operation of motors,the monitor-ing of motor operating conditions is also facing higher challenges.With the progress of sci-ence and technology,motor intelligent sensor technology began to be widely used in motor monitoring,which not only improves the stability and reliability of motor operation,reduces the maintenance cost and risk of enterprises,but also helps to establish a digital monitoring means to further optimize the process and methods of motor maintenance management.
