In view of the problems such as the poor stability of the given speed signal and the difficulty of fine tuning in the continuous caster,the corresponding solutions are put forward,and the PLC program design of the corresponding solutions and its application effect are introduced in detail,the interference problem of the given signal of the casting speed is solved,and the precise fine tuning function is realized.
