摘要

AGC系统是轧机设备的核心组成部分,由机械结构、液压元件、电气控制系统组成.其控制的准确性与可靠性是决定板带生产质量与效率的关键因素,因此对其进行故障诊断研究,具有十分重要的意义.借助数值模拟技术,以系统设备及工艺参数为基础,对轧机进行精确建模,并利用故障模拟数据,研究不同故障情况下的特性数据,以及关键参数对系统性能影响的作用机制,为其故障诊断提供可靠的理论基础及数据依据.

Abstract

AGC system is the core component of rolling mill equipment,which is com-posed of mechanical structure,hydraulic components,and electrical control system.The accu-racy and reliability of its control is a key factor in determining the quality and efficiency of strip production,so it is of great significance to carry out fault diagnosis research on it.With the help of numerical simulation technology,based on the system equipment and pro-cess parameters,the mill is accurately modeled,and the fault simulation data are used to study the characteristics of different fault conditions,as well as the role of the key param-eters on the performance of the system,so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for fault diagnosis and data basis.
