随着节能减排工作的深入推进,各热电企业开始积极回收利用各种乏汽,其中比较典型的乏汽回收方式有热力除氧器乏汽回收和锅炉定排扩容器乏汽回收.但部分企业在计算抽汽回热式汽轮发电机组乏汽余热回收效益时,只是简单地将回收的热量折合成标煤计算,未考虑冷源损失,从而造成了较大的误差.通过对具体乏汽回收案例计算过程的分析和纠正,说明了热力发电厂需结合自身工艺流程将汽轮机做功过程中的冷源损失从乏汽回收效益中去除,以确保回收效益计算的准确性.
Analysis of Cold Source Losses in Exhaust Steam Recovery Processes in Thermal Power Plants
With the in-depth promotion of energy saving and emission reduction work,the thermal power enterprises began to actively recycle all kinds of exhaust steam,of which the typical exhaust steam recovery methods are thermal deaerator exhaust steam recovery and boiler fixed-row expansion vessel exhaust steam recovery.However,when calculating the efficiency of waste heat recovery from exhaust steam of extractive steam reheat type tur-bine generator sets,some enterprises simply convert the recovered heat into standard coal for calculation without considering the loss of cold source,which results in a large error.By analyzing and correcting the calculation process of specific exhaust steam recovery cases,it aims to illustrate that thermal power plants need to combine their own process flow to re-move the cold source loss during turbine operation from the exhaust steam recovery benefit,so as to ensure the accuracy of the recovery benefit calculation.
