摘要
武汉钢铁集团气体有限责任公司现有2套10 000 m3/h制氧机组,因运行年限较长需整体拆除.结合2套制氧机组现场拆除案例,总结了拆除前准备、机器设备拆除、冷箱及冷箱内塔器拆除等工作经验,尤其创新性地利用冷箱壁搭建施工平台,节约了拆除成本,提高了拆除效率,可供类似设备拆除借鉴.
Abstract
There are two sets of 10,000 m3/h oxygen generators in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Gas Co.,Ltd.which need to be dismantled due to their long operating life.Combined with the on-site dismantling cases,the paper summarized the pre-preparation,ma-chinery and equipment dismantling,cold box and inner tower dismantling and other work ex-perience.The project adopted the innovative use of building a construction platform with the wall of the cold box,which saved dismantling costs,improved dismantling efficiency,and can be used as a reference for the dismantling of similar equipment.
