摘要
带压开孔是一种经济高效的在线管道改造作业,目前已在钢铁企业得到广泛的应用.其技术应用等相关论文已广泛见诸报端,但煤气管道带压开孔过程中的风险因素及应对措施鲜有说明.结合实际案例,根据带压开孔操作步骤,对煤气管道带压开孔过程中可能产生的危险一一进行剖析,并提出风险应对措施,可为同类型的工程安全施工提供借鉴.
Abstract
Hot tapping is a cost-effective and efficient in-line pipeline modification op-eration that is now widely used in the steel industry.Papers related to its technical applica-tion have been widely published,but the risk factors and countermeasures in the process of hot tapping on gas pipeline have rarely been described.Therefore,combined with the actual case,according to the operation steps of hot tapping,the possible dangers in the process of hot tapping on gas pipeline are analyzed one by one,and risk countermeasures are put for-ward,which can provide a reference for the safety construction of the same type of project.
