高温超高压发电四机组系统设计优化与改进

随着清洁型热回收焦炉的推广应用,焦炉装机规模持续变大,烟气余热资源愈加丰富且回收迫切,针对余热锅炉单体容量小、数量多、参数低、发电效率不高等问题,设计并实施国内首台清洁型热回收焦炉的高温超高压母管制四机组发电项目,论述全系统总图优化布置、工艺系统方案确定、四大管道及循环冷却水系统优化设计、安装调试和吹管方案的制定及实施,阐述调试及实施过程的问题.实践证明,该类型的高温超高压发电四机组系统属于高效、节能发电技术,值得广泛推广应用.
Design Optimization and Improvement of High-Temperature and Ultrahigh-Pressure Four-Unit Power Generation System
With the popularization and application of clean heat recovery coke ovens,the in-stalled scale of coke ovens continues to become larger,and the flue gas waste heat resources become more and more abundant and urgent to recover.Aiming at the problems of small capacity,high quan-tity,low parameters and low power generation efficiency of waste heat boilers,the first high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure with common header four-unit power generation project for clean-type heat-recovery coke oven was designed and implemented in China.This article discusses the optimized layout of the general plan,the determination of the process system scheme,the opti-mized design of the four major pipelines and the circulating cooling water system,the development and implementation of the installation and commissioning and pipe blowing scheme,and elaborates the problems of the commissioning and implementation process.Practice has proved that this type of high-temperature and ultra-high-voltage four-unit power generation system belongs to high-efficiency and energy-saving power generation technology,which is worthy of wide popularization and application.
