轧钢酸性废水深度处理回用技术研究

摘要
研究轧钢酸性废水深度处理工艺,采用两级电吸附处理轧钢酸性废水,对氯化物、亚铁离子去除效果良好,产水电导率可降至500 µS/cm以下,脱盐率达97%以上,综合产水率达80%以上,产水液碱中和后,水质符合武钢回用水质标准,可进管网回用,减排效果良好,对提高产品市场竞争力和工序清洁生产水平具有重要意义.
Abstract
This paper studies the deep treatment process of acidic wastewater from steel rolling,which uses two-stage electrosorption treatment,the removal of chloride and fer-rous ions is good,the conductivity of the produced water can be reduced to less than 500 uS/cm,the desalination rate reaches more than 97%,and the comprehensive water yield reaches more than 80%.After the alkali neutralization of produced water,the water quality meets the recycled water quality standard of WISCO,and can be reused in the pipeline net-work with good emission reduction effect,which is of great significance to improve the com-petitiveness of products in the market and the level of clean production of the process.
