摘要

介绍了一种低温多效蒸馏(LT-MED)海水淡化与汽轮机耦合技术,分析了汽轮机排汽参数的精准控制、海水淡化装置与汽轮机可靠隔断、海水淡化装置与汽轮发电机的协同控制等.某钢铁公司的应用结果表明LT-MED海水淡化与汽轮机耦合系统整体热量利用效率达到81.5%以上,海水淡化蒸汽成本降低了60%左右.

Abstract

The article introduces a low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater de-salination and turbine coupling technology,and analyzes the precise control of turbine ex-haust parameters,reliable isolation of the seawater desalination unit from the turbine,and synergistic control of the seawater desalination unit and the turbine generator.The applica-tion results of a steel company show that the overall heat utilization efficiency of LT-MED seawater desalination and steam turbine coupling system reaches more than 81.5%,and the cost of seawater desalination steam is reduced by about 60%.
