摘要
保安过滤器成熟应用于中水除盐工艺中,在除盐水生产系统和反渗透膜清洗系统中,发挥着极其重要的作用.在研究掌握保安过滤器的基本工艺、设备运行参数基础上,创新提出一种保安过滤器次氯酸钠在线杀菌冲洗方法,有效抑制保安过滤器内部滋生细菌,避免引发或加重反渗透系统微生物污染.对保安过滤器存在的设计缺陷和安全隐患进行优化改进,使其安全可靠运行.
Abstract
Security filters are maturely used in water desalination process,mainly in de-salinated water production system and reverse osmosis membrane cleaning system,which play an extremely important role.On the basis of researching and mastering the basic pro-cess of security filter and equipment operation parameters,a security filter sodium hypochlo-rite on-line sterilization and flushing method is innovatively proposed to effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria inside the security filter and avoid triggering or aggravating the micro-bial contamination of reverse osmosis system.Aiming at the design defects and safety haz-ards existing in the security filter,optimization and improvement are made to make it oper-ate more safely and reliably.
