四川某钢厂钢渣综合利用浊环水处理工程采用多级沉淀-高效斜板过滤器组合处理工艺,出水水质满足设备用水要求,工艺运行稳定可靠,处理水全部循环利用,新水耗量大幅度降低.该工艺克服了浊环回水悬浮物粒径小、分散度高、难以沉降的问题,悬浮物的去除率达93%,运行成本约0.58元/m3,有效降低了吨水处理成本.对该工程概况、工艺流程及设计参数、技术特点进行总结分析,可为钢渣综合利用浊环水处理工程提供借鉴.
Application of Multi-stage Precipitation and High-Efficiency Inclined Plate Clarification Process in the Comprehensive Utilization of Steel Slag Turbid Circulating Water Treatment
A steel mill in Sichuan adopted comprehensive utilization of steel slag tur-bid ring water treatment project with treatment processes of multi-stage sedimentation + high-efficiency inclined plate filter combination,and the effluent water quality met the re-quirements of equipment water.Process operation was stable and reliable,all the treated wa-ter was recycled,and the consumption of new water was greatly reduced.The process over-come the problems of small particle size,high dispersion and difficult settlement of sus-pended matter in turbid ring return water,the removal rate of suspended matter reached 93%,and the operating cost was about 0.58 yuan/m3,which effectively reduced the cost of treatment of tons of water.The article summarizes and analyzes the project overview,pro-cess flow and design parameters,technical characteristics,which can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of steel slag turbid ring water treatment project.
