介绍了一种基于工业机器人的螺纹钢自动计数焊牌系统,该系统主要是针对螺纹钢生产过程中人工焊牌、成捆支数校核等工序,提出了一种采用工业机器人工作站的作业方法来代替人工作业的方法.该方法构造了机器视觉技术以及工业机器人工作站,基于工业视觉对成捆螺纹钢进行支数校核以及机器人焊牌,从而实现螺纹钢成品标牌的自动焊接.应用结果表明,该螺纹钢自动计数焊牌系统,拥有自动焊标牌、螺纹钢成捆支数复核、产品标牌识别等功能,系统可实现取代人工进行焊牌工作,同时保证标牌信息的可靠性与准确性.
Design and Application of Rebar Automatic Counting Label-Welding System Based on Industrial Robots
An industrial robot-based rebar automatic counting label-welding system is intro-duced,which is mainly for the processes of manual label-welding and bundled branch number checking in the rebar production process.The paper proposes a method for replacing manual work with an operational method using an industrial robotic workstation.The method constructs machine vision technology as well as an industrial robot workstation,including industrial vision for the num-ber check of bundled rebar,and robot label-welding of tags,thus realizing automatic welding of fin-ished rebar tags.Application results show that the rebar automatic counting label-welding system has the functions of automatic label-welding,number review of rebar bundles,production tag identi-fication,etc.,the system is capable of replacing the manual label-welding work and guaranteeing the reliability and accuracy of the labeling information at the same time.
