摘要
分析了马钢(合肥)公司酸轧、1#和2#连退及镀锌机组操控存在的问题,通过开发数字钢卷、远程支撑、智能模型等构建了马钢(合肥)公司智控中心,促进了产线自动化、智能化提升,实现跨机组、跨系统、跨区域的数据融合和共享.
Abstract
Some problems existed in the control of acid rolling,1#and 2#continuous annealing and galvanizing units of Maanshan Iron and Steel(Hefei)Company were intro-duced,and the Smart Control Center was constructed through the development of digital steel coils,remote support and intelligent models,which promoted the automation and intelli-gent enhancement of the production line and realized the data fusion and sharing across the units,systems and regions.
