摘要
通过对斗轮取料机俯仰液压装置泄压造成悬臂下沉原因的分析,针对造成液压装置泄压的斗轮体斗子结构进行改进,减少斗子内部积料的产生,减少故障率,提高取料能力.
Abstract
By analyzing the reasons for the cantilever sinking caused by the pressure relief of bending and lifting hydraulic device of bucket wheel reclaimer,improvements are made to the bucket structure of the bucket wheel body which causes hydraulic device pres-sure relief,so as to reduce the generation of material accumulation inside the bucket,re-duce the failure rate,and improve the reclaiming capacity.
