硫铵母液加热器修复技术研究与实践

摘要
介绍了硫铵母液加热器在煤精工艺中的作用以及对上下游加工工序的影响,同时对硫铵母液加热器生产工艺与构造以及其腐蚀泄漏原因进行分析.分析并实施了硫铵母液加热器修复工艺技术,实践表明,利用该技术大大延长了硫铵母液加热器的使用寿命,可为列管式换热器的修复提供参考.
Abstract
The role of ammonium sulfate mother liquor heater in coal refining process and its influence on upstream and downstream processing procedures are introduced.At the same time,the ammonium sulfur mother liquor heater production process,its structure and its corrosion leakage causes are analyzed.The repair process technology of ammonium sulfur mother liquor heater was analyzed and implemented,and the implementation showed that the service life of the ammonium sulfur mother liquor heater was greatly extended by using this technology,which can provide a reference for the repair of the tube heat exchanger.
