摘要

转炉煤气回收一直是钢铁企业炼钢系统中能源再利用的一个重点,由于当前煤气回收工艺不完善,回收率存在一定的波动性,导致衍生资源的浪费.影响煤气回收效率的因素主要有转炉原料条件、供氧条件、煤气回收时长、阀门动作时间、炉口空气吸入量等.针对上述因素,结合唐钢实际,从提高降罩率、调整风机转速、优化液压系统、联锁烟气分析仪与风机四个方面提出优化措施,最大限度地回收转炉煤气并提高其回收纯度.

Abstract

Converter gas recovery has always been a focus of energy recycling in the steelmaking system of iron and steel enterprises.Due to the imperfection of the current gas recovery process,there is a certain degree of volatility in the recovery rate,which leads to the waste of derived resources.Factors affecting the efficiency of gas recovery mainly in-clude the raw material conditions of the converter,oxygen supply conditions,time of gas re-covery,valve action time,and the amount of air intake at the mouth of the furnace,etc.Aiming at those factors,combining with the actual situation of Tangshan Steel,optimization measures are proposed in four aspects,namely,improving the dropping rate of converter hood,adjusting the fan speed,optimizing the hydraulic system,and interlocking the flue gas analyzer and the fan,so as to maximize the recovery of the converter gas and improve the purity of its recovery.
