摘要

阐述了高炉热风炉烟气排放的特点,对水泥、电力、钢铁等行业中几种常用的烟气脱硫工艺进行简要介绍.通过对比分析,认为钙基固定床烟气脱硫工艺更适用于烟气波动大、SO2浓度低的热风炉烟气,为其他钢铁厂的高炉热风炉烟气脱硫工艺选择提供借鉴.

Abstract

The characteristics of flue gas emissions from blast furnaces are described,and several commonly used flue gas desulphurization(FGD)processes in the cement,power,and iron and steel industries are briefly introduced.Through comparative analysis,it is be-lieved that calcium-based fixed-bed flue gas desulfurization process is more suitable for blast furnace flue gas with large fluctuation of flue gas and low SO2 concentration,which provides reference for the selection of flue gas desulfurization process for blast furnace flue gas in other iron and steel plants.
