摘要

因煤质和负荷变化,燃煤电厂的正压浓相气力输灰系统极易发生故障,造成除尘器灰斗大量积灰、堵塞,甚至出现超载坍塌事故.为解决该问题,在综合分析电袋除尘器不同灰种的输送特性、正压浓相气力输灰过程的基础上,阐述了输灰系统自动程序调整方法以及堵管故障处理措施,为系统稳定可靠运行提供了保障.

Abstract

Due to the changes of coal quality and load,the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system of coal-fired power plants is very prone to failures,resulting in a large amount of ash accumulation,clogging,and even overloading and collaps-ing accidents in the ash hopper of dust collector.In order to solve the problem,on the ba-sis of comprehensive analysis of the transport characteristics of different ash types of elec-tric bag filter,positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying process,the automatic program adjustment method of the ash conveying system as well as the plugging pipe fault treatment measures are elaborated,which provides a guarantee for the stable and reliable op-eration of the system.
