Modification of Sensible Heat Recovery of Raw Gas in A Coke Oven Riser
The heat brought out by the raw gas from the riser of the coke oven ac-counts for 36%of the total heat of the coke oven expenditures,and the addition of the raw gas sensible heat recovery system is an effective measure to realize the recovery of heat en-ergy and reduce the energy consumption,carbon emission and production cost.Raw gas sen-sible heat recovery system adopts the technology of combining external hyperbolic spiral tube heat exchanger with forced and natural dual-cycle system,which can maximize the re-covery of raw gas sensible heat on the basis of ensuring safety.
