摘要

随着我国工业生产水平的提高,离心式压缩机的应用越来越广泛,但其运行中易发生喘振现象,通过分析24 000 m3/h的空分装置在停车过程中发生的离心式空气压缩机喘振的原因,总结了工艺操作与安装设计方面的经验教训.

Abstract

As China's industrial production level improves,centrifugal compressors are more and more widely used,but their operation is prone to the phenomenon of surge.Through the analysis of the reasons for the centrifugal air compressor surge occurred during the shutdown process of a 24 000 m3/h air separation device,the lessons learned from the process operation and the design of the installation are summarized.
