The pipe diameter and powder discharge machine selection of the boiler pulverizing system are relatively large,causing low valve opening,high throttle resistance,and large electricity consumption of the powder discharge machine in the process of operation.Due to the large pipe di-ameter,gas flow rate slows down,and the butt weld of the curved pipe at the inlet of the powder dis-charger is not smooth,which is a potential safety hazard that it is easy to have powder accumulation and even leads to spontaneous combustion during the operation of the pulverizing system.In view of the above problems,the boiler powder discharger and its inlet piping were redesigned and manufac-tured,and the transformation was carried out during the boiler overhaul,better results were achieved after the implementation.
