摘要

总结了某钢铁企业在深度水处理系统全膜法技术运用方面的成功经验与教训,并介绍了深度水处理系统提高回收率的新方法.从整个系统的实际运行状况入手,对影响产水平均回收率的各种因素进行了分析研究,有针对性地改进了整个控制系统的主要技术参数.实践证明了系统回收率有明显的改善.

Abstract

This article summarizes the successes and lessons learned from the use of integrated membrane technology in a steel company's deep water treatment system,and intro-duces a new approach to improving recovery rates in deep water treatment systems.Starting from the actual operating condition of the whole system,various factors affecting the average recovery rate of the production level were analyzed,and the main technical parameters of the whole control system were changed in a targeted manner.Practice has proved that the system recovery rate has obvious improvement.
