摘要

针对某钢铁厂高炉风口水腔结垢问题,对垢样进行X射线衍射(XRD)检测,检测结果显示垢样的主要成分为CaSO4、CaSO4·2H2O和CaSO4·0.5H2O.分析高炉风口循环冷却水水质和原有阻垢剂性能,提出相应的改善措施,调控循环冷却水硬度在400 mg/L以下,并在原阻垢剂中配加6 mg/L乙二胺四甲叉磷酸钠(EDTMPS),有效避免了风口水垢的形成,提高了高炉风口的寿命.

Abstract

In response to the scaling problem in the cavity of blast furnace tuyere of an iron and steel plant,the scale samples were subjected to X-ray diffraction(XRD)test-ing,which showed that the main components of the scale samples were CaSO4,CaSO4·2H2O,and CaSO4·0.5H2O.Through analyzing the quality of circulating cooling water in the blast furnace tuyere and the performance of the original scale inhibitor,corresponding im-provement measures were proposed,which is regulating the hardness of circulating cooling water below 400 mg/L and adding 6 mg/L EDTMPS in the original scale inhibitor,the for-mation of scale in the tuyere was effectively avoided,and the service life of the blast fur-nace tuyere was improved.
