摘要

对马钢长材事业部转炉除尘水硬度高、悬浮物多、粗颗粒分离差导致的除尘水恶化问题进行分析,通过粗颗粒分离机与优化药剂处理的实践运用,优化了转炉除尘水质,提升了运行效果.

Abstract

The deterioration of dedusting water caused by high hardness,a lot of sus-pended matter,and poor separation of coarse particles of converter dedusting water in Long Product Dept.of Masteel was analyzed,and the quality of converter dedusting water was op-timized through the practical use of coarse particle separator and optimized pharmaceutical treatment,which improved the operation effect.
