摘要
介绍了焦炉智能巡检系统的特点、功能、构成、巡检操作以及马钢7 m焦炉地下室和蓄热室存在问题及应对措施.在解决了煤气交换旋塞状态识别准确率不足、巡检机器人网络掉线、采光不足时图像识别困难、巡检机器人定位不准等问题后,实现了对焦炉地下室人工巡检的替代,进一步提高了焦化生产的无人化、智能化水平.
Abstract
The features,functions,composition and inspection operation of the coke oven intel-ligent inspection system are introduced,as well as the problems and countermeasures in the base-ment and heat storage room of the 7-meter coke oven of Masteel.After solving the problems of insuf-ficient accuracy in identifying the state of gas exchange plugs,network dropout of inspection robots,difficulty in image identification when lighting is insufficient,and inaccurate positioning of inspec-tion robots,it has realized the substitution of manual inspection in coke oven basement,and further improved the unmanned and intelligent level of coke production.
