摘要

针对某钢厂热风炉管道系统膨胀节设计了一套位移与泄漏的在线监测系统.传感器采用基于窄带物联网无线传输方式与监控平台连接,无须现场布线与外部供电,安装简便.对于无线传感器需在高温条件下工作,采取特殊散热设计,并通过Fluent软件仿真计算验证散热性能.最后在现场运行整个系统,实现了热风炉管道系统膨胀节在线监测,可为同类型高温膨胀节的无线监测方案设计作参考.

Abstract

An on-line monitoring system for displacement and leakage was designed for the ex-pansion joints of the hot blast furnace piping system of a steel plant.The sensor adopts NB-IoT wire-less transmission to connect with the monitoring platform,there is no need for on-site wiring and ex-ternal power supply,which is easy to install.Special heat dissipation design is adopted for wireless sensors working under high temperature conditions,and the heat dissipation performance is verified by Fluent simulation.Finally,the whole system is operated on site,realizing the online monitoring of expansion joints in the pipeline system of hot blast furnace,which can be used as a reference for the design of wireless monitoring program for the same type of high-temperature expansion joints.
