摘要

分析了某炼铁厂皮带机系统常见的漏斗、翻板、皮带等生产问题,采取了一系列创新性结构改进、提前检测等优化措施,确保了皮带机运输的稳定性,为其他炼铁厂物料运输提供参考.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the common production problems of hopper,flap,and belt in the belt conveyor system of an ironmaking plant.A series of optimization measures,such as innovative structural improvement and advance detection,were adopted,so as to en-sure the stability of the belt conveyor transportation,which provides reference for the mate-rial transportation of other ironmaking plants.
