摘要

钢铁行业内脱硫、脱硝工艺种类较多,每种工艺均有其自身的特性,应用场景各有不同,运行参数及运行成本也存在较大区别.通过对钢铁厂燃气发电系统超低排放治理的SCR配套钠基干法脱硫烟气治理系统、SCR配套钙基固定床干法脱硫烟气治理系统以及固定床一体化脱硫、脱硝烟气治理系统的工艺适用性、运行参数、运行成本的对比分析,为不同企业选择具体实施路径提供参考.

Abstract

There are many types of desulfurization and denitrification processes in the iron and steel industry,and each process has its own characteristics,with different applica-tion scenarios,operating parameters and operating costs.Through the comparative analysis of process applicability,operation parameters and operation cost of SCR supporting sodium-based dry FGD flue gas treatment system,SCR supporting calcium-based fixed-bed dry FGD flue gas treatment system and fixed-bed integrated FGD and denitrification flue gas treatment system for ultra-low emission treatment of gas-fired power generation system in iron and steel mills,it provides a reference basis for different enterprises to choose a spe-cific path of implementation.
