摘要

为进一步降低用电成本,实现经济用电、节约用电,福建泉州闽光钢铁有限公司结合生产用电的实际情况,进行峰、谷、平用电生产组织优化.合理安排设备开、停机时间,用电避峰填谷,发电避谷填峰,形成了一种新的生产运行模式.2023年全年累计降低外购电费支出1 149 万元,为企业持续发展提供了有力保障.

Abstract

In order to further reduce the electricity cost,achieve economic use of elec-tricity and save electricity,Fujian Quanzhou Minguang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.optimizes the production organization with peak-valley-average power consumption mode based on the actual situation of production and power consumption.By reasonably arranging equipment start-up and shutdown times,consuming power in power valley-value period,generating power in peak-value period,a new production operation mode was formed.The cumulative reduction in electricity expenses for the year 2023 is 11.49 million yuan,which provides a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
