摘要

在综合分析传统正压式呼吸器构成及工作原理的基础上,针对特殊作业环境下传统呼吸器无法更换的问题,提出了一种通过C式自锁快接接头组与传统空气呼吸器组合的方法,实现了在线更换呼吸器,并通过实际操作来验证这一方法的可行性.实践证明该方法在特殊作业环境下,可延长作业人员、救援人员的工作时长,提高作业的安全系数.

Abstract

On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the composition and working prin-ciple of traditional positive-pressure respirator,for the problem that the traditional respirator cannot be replaced under the special operating environment,a method of online replacement of respirator is proposed by combining the C type self-locking quick connector sets with the traditional air respirator,and the feasibility of this method is verified through actual op-eration.Practice has proved that this method can extend the working hours of operators and rescuers and improve the safety coefficient of operation under special operating environment.
