An oxygen plant is located in the northern part of Xinjiang,where the ambi-ent temperature is extremely low in winter,which is very easy to cause freezing and block-ing of the oxygen generator unit.In order to solve the problem,the weak points of the unit which are easy to be frozen and blocked,the key parts of the system and the hidden dan-gers of freezing and blocking which may exist after the unit is shut down were sorted out,and a series of anti-freezing measures were formulated,which effectively alleviated the prob-lem of freezing and blocking and ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit in winter.
