The spiral ribbon online cleaning technology can realize the condenser cleaning without stopping the machine.The system is simple to install,easy to operate and maintain,and can realize automatic operation and better cleaning effect.This system has been adopted by a small num-ber of generating units in the iron and steel industry,and some problems have been exposed during the operation.This paper introduces the principle,advantages and disadvantages of this technology,focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the process of practical application of this technology,and discusses its scope of application.
