The monitoring of thrust bearing tile temperature is an important parameter of thrust bearing operation status,if the temperature of thrust tile exceeds the design temperature,it will lead to the wear and burn out of the pasteurized alloy poured on the mother body,so that the rotor will have an impermissible axial displacement and the turbine through-flow part will have a collision,wear and tear,which could result in accidents.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out a long pe-riod of stable measurement and monitoring of the temperature of the thrust tile.In a thermal power plant in Gansu,the thrust tile temperature transmission wire is broken,resulting in the temperature cannot be monitored normally.By optimizing the thrust bearing temperature wiring,the problem that the thrust bearing tile temperature cannot be measured effectively for a long period of time can be solved without any changes to the original equipment,which not only improves the safety of the equipment operation,but also shortens the maintenance cycle and reduces the cost of the equip-ment,and provides a reference for the situation of broken wiring harness in thrust bearings of tur-bine generator sets of the same type.It can be used as a reference for thrust bearing of the same type of steam turbine generator sets in case of broken harness.
