摘要

结合某钢铁公司自备电厂除盐水站超滤系统的运行现状,针对超滤产水水质恶化的问题,分析了造成超滤系统膜元件断丝的多种原因,从工艺优化、设备改进、清洗标准及运行管理等方面提出了针对性改进措施,使除盐水站超滤系统产水水质得到大幅提升,满足了反渗透系统的进水水质要求,保证了除盐水站超滤和反渗透系统的安全稳定运行.

Abstract

Combined with the operation status quo of the ultrafiltration system of the desalina-tion station in an iron and steel company's self-provisioned power plant,this paper analyzes the multiple causes of fiber breakage of membrane elements in ultrafiltration system,and puts forward targeted improvement measures in terms of process optimization,equipment improvement,cleaning standards and operation management,etc.,so as to improve the quality of ultrafiltration system of the desalination station,and to satisfy the requirements of the reverse osmosis system's influent wa-ter quality,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis sys-tems in the desalination station.
