This article introduces the operation control status of compressed air system in a steel enterprise,points out the problem of the existing technical means of regulating operation based on the outlet pressure setting of the air compressor unit to cope with system load changes,supply and demand balance.The intelligent group control technology for compressed air system of large-scale steel enterprises is studied,the main ideas,technical routes and expected effects are briefly described,and the energy-saving benefits are analyzed to provide reference for steel enterprises to improve the technical level of compressed air system control,energy saving and consumption reduc-tion.
