摘要

为提升厚板产线中轧钢与剪切精整区域间的协同能力,湛江钢铁4 200 mm厚板厂策划实施了冷床区域操作室合并技改项目,期望借此机会进一步提升其自动化水平.在此背景下,提出了一种面向工艺的自动化水平提升改造方案,根据工艺和控制要求对冷床区域进行智能化分段,实际运用后取得了较好效果.

Abstract

In order to improve the synergy between the rolling and shear finishing areas of the plate production line,Zhanjiang Steel's 4 200 mm thick plate plant planned and implemented a project to consolidate the operation rooms in the cooling bed area,and expects to take this opportu-nity to further improve its automation level.In this context,a process-oriented automation level up-grading and transformation program is proposed to carry out intelligent segmentation of the cooling bed area according to the process and control requirements,and better results have been obtained af-ter practical application.
