摘要
介绍了马钢LIMS的架构设计、业务流程、模块功能及建设应用.设计开发的马钢LIMS对接马钢EQMS,覆盖马钢所有在线及离线计量器具,实现计量器具线上委托、量传实验室接收、检校、取件全流程管理和监控,显著简化实验室操作,提高数据准确性以及检校效率,并实现公司测量管理体系对计量器具全生命周期管理的要求.
Abstract
The paper introduces the construction design,business process,module function and application of Masteel LIMS.The designed and developed Masteel LIMS is connected to Masteel EQMS,covering all online and offline measuring instruments of Masteel,realizing the management and monitoring of the whole process of online commissioning of measuring instruments,receiving,checking,calibrating and picking up of measuring instruments in the measuring value transfer labo-ratory,significantly simplifying the operation of the laboratory,improving the accuracy of the data as well as the efficiency of the checking and calibrating,and realizing the requirements of the com-pany's measurement management system on the whole life-cycle management of the measuring in-struments.
