摘要

对国内冶金行业高炉煤粉的喷吹系统优化技术进行了探讨,对高炉喷吹系统的工作原理、工艺流程、控制设备、仪表、监控参数以及保护措施进行了说明,对喷煤系统的问题点进行了陈述,指出了喷吹控制系统存在的问题,对控制系统进行了优化设计,阐述了喷吹过程中煤粉波动的原因.结合某钢厂喷吹系统的实际问题,提出了一种优化改造方案,采用该方案改造后可有效提升喷吹罐的装粉效率、减少煤粉喷吹速率误差、提高煤粉喷吹精准度.

Abstract

This paper discusses the optimization technology of the injection system for blast furnace in the domestic metallurgical industry,explains the working principle,process flow,con-trol equipment,instrument,monitoring parameters and protection measures of the blast furnace in-jection system,states the problems of the coal injection system,points out the problems of the injec-tion control system,carries out the optimization design of the control system,and describes the rea-sons for the fluctuation of the pulverized coal in the injection process.In combination with the actual problems of the injection system of a steel plant,an optimization and transformation scheme is pro-posed,which can effectively improve the powder loading efficiency of the injection tank,reduce the error of the pulverized coal injection rate,and improve the accuracy of pulverized coal injection.
